This is strange, Cedar Point still has a wicked twister pov, which means they took down the Dragster pov because of something different. I think they took down this pov because there will be significant changes to the ride, so the pov would be outdated.

I only rode dragster once but it was epic. I was sad to hear that coaster was being retired, but thrilled to hear it's been resurrected. I'm planning a trip to Cedar Point next summer.

an LSM launch wouldn’t accelerate as quickly, but it would be sustained for the entire launch track instead of the train just coasting for half of it, like on red force. that’s why i think there is enough room for an LSM launch. it would absolutely feel different, but not necessarily worse imo

My Son and I once waited an extra 45 minutes to ride in the Front of the Front, and it was worth it. Lost an orange doo rag, we still joke about today. Saddening to see it go.

I know this ride is being remade and rebranded but I’ll always miss this classic, without a doubt the scariest and most intense ride Cedar Point has ever built

I just went to cedar point yesterday and even though the dragster isn’t open my dad is always telling us it is so thrilling and fun but it looks sooo scary, honestly I think it should come back cuz I want to experience it too
