This just got dug up and excavated from the deepest recesses of my memory

I had this movie as a child. I’m not exaggerating when I say I watched it a few hundred times.

This was the first version of the story that I ever saw. I went thru that wardrobe with Lucy and my heart has been there ever since.

I adored this movie as a child! Here I am, 43, and couldn't wait to watch it again!!!! SO glad I came across it!

I watched this on TV when I was 12 in 1979. I can still vividly recall that I was sick with fright and revulsion when the demon with the scissors jumped up to shave Aslan, and they were all laughing. I knew Aslan represented Jesus, bit nothing I saw or heard in church as a child scared me the way the scene from this cartoon did! And at the end, when the kids accidentally went back to WW2 Era England, and lost Narnia and their adulthood, that actually hurt me somehow

This is the only version I have ever known. The new stuff was ok. But this one is special to my heart. Known itMy entire life. My church played this for us a kids while our Parents went to church church.

My Dad Recorded this for us in the 80s we watched it over and over... great cartoon movie story

I'm 57 and I still love this version. I've watched this many times too!
