They say "if you are sick of London, you are sick of life, for London has all that life has to offer". In my opinion, it is the greatest metropolis in the world. I mean, which other city has been undisputed heavyweight champion of urbanity for half a millennium quite like London Town.

Despite having lived in London for over quarter of a century, I am always absorbed by its glorious multicultural fabric, its rich beautiful perfect imperfections and its vibrant, thriving, cooking pot of fusions. Between the cracked pavements, graffiti walls, funny accents and smell of tube lines; therein lies the beauty.

Nietzsche famously once said, "I never trust an idea that didn't come to me on a walk." So whether it was dealing with my issues or juggling an idea, it was clear to me from young that walking aids the mind in so many ways. Here I share these therapeutic experiences with you.
