First time listening to this and used it for meditation. In the beginning all I could do was cry, I felt home. Then the words began to sound familiar and I found the urge to dance a dance that my muscles seem to know even though I've never danced. At one point my concentration had broke but I felt something/someone grab my hand and pull me back in. I feel so at peace and so powerful all at once

I was hurt by a guy and I felt really sad and upset about it,he really made me feel like my life is not worth anything.Listening to this call,I closed my eyes and I spoke to my ancestors about what happened and how I was feeling and I cried it was like all my heart aches realized.

Sigh the emotional pain that I feel not understanding why I feel like this but this resonates with so much … I feel deceived betrayed and I seek the truth … I want to be the best version of my self while helping the world and making life a better place for our families to unite and live in world peace … but only thing I see is blood shed and suffering… please grant us peace and bring us back to our tru selves ….
