@Oinkieberry I thought of an answer at least for me. It's just the roundness of the belly, the spherical shape. How it bulges out of the stomach with it's immensity and the belly button sticking out. It's not about jiggling since the pregnant belly doesn't really jiggle but it does sort of bounce a little when a woman walks which is also sexy. It also gives a glow which I have heard others say before.
