Isko Morena is sincerely dedicated to do his job well. He is definitely determined to make a change which is really needed in this city. I will be happy to visit Manila again one day. Before it was depressing to see Manila turned into chaos and so dirty. Manila was not so bad when I was a kid. Thank you Mayor Isko. Please don't stop the good work you have started. God bless you and give you the strength and courage to enforce order in our capital city.
