I can't quite put my finger on what sounds so off with the remastered audio, but I think its that the voices... sound too airy and overpronounced? On GLaDOS especially, she sounds more childlike than anything. Plus some of the notes were changed and it just sounds weird to someone growing up with the original version. The new turrets sound amazing though.

Now we need the reverse of this!

I hate how the turrets were just awaiting death on the conveyer belt, fully aware of the world of PAIN they were about to feel..
