That's the first time I've seen Michael Richards laugh on set.

What a fantastic place of fun incarnate… Kramer, Michael Richards, is a gift!

The box decided to GIDDY UP!

Because they had to use the take containing the accidental wallop, they use a cutaway single of George in order to make it work. Michael hurt himself several times, and injured Julia once. His spontaneity was great, but the propensity for trying things without telling anyone was a little odd.

This is the best blooper you will ever find!! nothing beats this one!! Oh How we miss Michael... he is awesome and unique... what a sad loss for the world of comedy

The show had a live audience when they filmed apartment scenes, but used a laugh track for street scenes and a few other remotes.

There was actually a real air conditioner in there that wats crazy he's lucky he didn't know himself out but ya they kept him busting his lip in he was committed but that had to hurt an prolly almost knock him out of loopy

Seinfeld would have been even funnier if Julia could have controlled her laughing.

What episode is that?

I thought there wasn’t an audience?

Jason Alexander was talking about this clip but it's interesting to note that this was the first episode Seinfeld filmed without a live audience. It was all filmed on location in a parking garage. I thought this show didn't use laugh tracks. So where is that background laughter from? clearly a laugh track
