Smogon isn't stifling your creativity; nobody is FORCING you to use certain pokemon. They are just trying to show you what has worked and what hasn't in the metagame. Jesus christ people, stop blaming smogon for your inabilities.

thank you. there are regular tournaments near my school for pokemon and the past two times i've lost in the first round because too many of my pokemon were too weak to one type (last time it was ground). this is very descriptive and more importantly short so i don't get bored out of my mind while watching it. this helped out alot

@Faladran : personally I think you did an amazing job so keep your head high and dont bother waisting your time with dumb comments. You killed it ;)

This was overall very expertly and efficiently covered. Its obvious that you have had a vast amount of experience rating teams and this clearly shows in your delivery and grasp of the modern metagame. Granted your approach to team building will not be to everyone's tastes but I'm sure it will be very helpful to anyone struggling with team building :D
