Of course Tom will allow anyone to play his music. I wouldn't expect anything different from Tom. He is just built different than all other artists and this here is but one example why he rose to the top so quickly. He deserves everything that he has received and much more.

ppl don't understand how hard it is to be a streamer with no music playing, having to rely on game sounds alone. this was/is a godsend to anyone wanting to use music and not worry about being DMCA'ed. I'm grateful for this
