nah dude, its all about the one shot build:

What I do is : 

Not enough armor pen, you can only kill squishies with that build. You need black cleaver, last whisper, and ghostblade. Either way you will one shot squishies, but with this build you can kill off-tanks almost as fast. 

Or just build critical strike, infinity edge, statikk shiv, phantom dancer,(another crit chance item, personally i like taking another IE) bloodthirster and maybe boots if you need them, if not make another AD item like essence reaver

This is my build = Wriggle Lantern (Upgraded) Hydra , The BlackCleaver , GhostBlade , Omen &Last Whisper. Never EVER EVER EVER get into a fight without 5 ferocity. When ur killing an adc use ur Q allways to destory them without them even seeing you if you need any tips msg me

lvl 17 and 18 ; u just attack lvl 13 / 14 /15

they were noob,jinx under level n farming far away from ur tower range(dumb stay with ur sp,map awarness zero,ward zero,wood division).riven noob didt hit her Q to run n she underlevel too.all champions can kill instantly when they oready fed

nerfed his Q  :'(  so this wont work anymore 

This is a cool build but there exists a better one. That and this currently isn't impressive as Rango is currently flavor of the month so doing stuff like this is expected of you for the time being. Performing anything below this people would probably tell you, your not playing Rango right.
