Love when people show of builds that are "cost effective", but not "cheap. Good looking rifle man.

Aero is a great duty gun. Aero lower with a bcm upper is a great combo for a great budget built. Also the new psa sabre line is real tough to beat.

BRAVO-ZULU on the info in the Video and about how some of the snobs like to be A-Holes to others. I am a USN Veteran that has been shooting competition since before joining and during my time in I volunteered for extra training to work harbor security and boarding parties. Because of a flight line accident I ended up in a wheelchair but I used gunsmithing as part of my rehab from 5 spinal cord surgeries. I have build all sort of AR rifles from budget minded ones from rifle kits to all out custom with top end barrels and BCG from the barrel manufacture to make sure there is no headspace issues. I have used Ballistic Advantage and Daniel Defense for my top end builds but I have also used Uppers from Aero to do some of my builds. One of companies that does not get enough good press is Del-Ton who makes Mil-Spec barrels and their kits are very attractively priced specially during the holidays.

The secret to a budget build is to spend your money on the barrel, bcg and your optic.

Great content! Every internet group is usually terrible. “We” sure are quick to eat our own, and help no one when people are generally curious about guns and gear.

Brother, I really appreciate your candor and the last words you said ring true with me, "always be humble and kind" I love guns and all things tactical, I am a former army medic now confined to a wheelchair, I build AR's on the cheap for home use and for my friends, it keeps me busy. I go to Battle buddy three gun matches when I can but they are too for for me to travel too most of the time, I live vicariously thru guntubers like yourself. It just boils down to I have the spirit but not the ability, but Im still ready to defend my little neighborhood till the death against all enemy's foreign and domestic. Thank you Brother

I always love hearing positive and uplifting messages in the gun community! Definitely nothing wrong with Aero lowers, or Aero builds in general. I am finally at a stage in my life where I can invest more in my fighting rifles and I still choose Aero lowers for every build. Swap the trigger if you want better. Upgrade the buffer and spring as you can. This does exactly what any guccied out lower will do for way less cash. Currently I’m running both Geissele super duty and URGI complete uppers and USGI unissued A4 uppers all on Aero lowers with the exception of one home built lower hosting a B. Kings Firearms upper because I like what that Jarhead does and wanted to support his work.

PSA gets a lot of hate but if you’re on a budget PSA is hard to beat. Their freedom nitride carbine length uppers are great!
