Soooo much heat comes out on the top of my series X. You putting the headphones on there are giving me a minor heart attack

There are sync issues with the new series X and these headphones. If you play with a third Bluetooth device, like an Xbox elite controller, the series X will not recognize the controller after a soft shut down. You have to pull the plug on the Xbox and do a full restart for it to sync with the elite controller and headphones again. Seems to only be an issue for people that have the series X and the steelseries 9x headphones. Hoping a software update comes soon.

K got mine but it didn't come with that device you used after u connected to USB wire to the front of xbox series x (what i bought is the same as you but in Canada the box is white with an image of the headset of front and on side tells you what comes with it and I don't see that transmitter thing you switched over to xbox but It did come with the wire u connected to the Xbox series X so what can the issue be that I can't connect to my xbox series x wirelessly ?

Yo tysm because b4 I had problems with it syncing, and when it did decide to sync which was rare, it would disconnect then keep connecting and stuff like that. I didn’t think to unplug the cable of the little bar thing and plug it back in. It now works, thank you.

i always forget that tiny switch on the module that switches from pc / xbox. lol
