When moons structure collapsed, most of the rooms remained intact, but Pebbles was completely split into pieces and is almost unrecognisable from what it once was. So it's safe to say that he's beyond help from neurons

god its heartbreaking to hear Pebbles' sad boi music all broken and distorted. It makes it even sadder somehow since you're trying to give him a neuron and he's just... not taking it.
