Thing is they are both battle hardened marines at heart. Equals in that way. Fight dirty if needs be, too, but fight smart, too.

I love the no hesitating reaction of Neytiri to dive for Tuk, didn’t skip a beat!

Love how it’s not like most movies where one guy throws punches and then the other. It feels like a real fight to the death and you can see the desperate actions they take to win.

Wow a modern fight between two characters that’s tense and makes sense with great almost flawless choreography

the hatred between them makes them one of the greatest rivals ever. quaritch hates jake so much he returned from the dead. this is reverse flash level pettiness

Jake and Quaritch: One of the best rivalries out there. Definitely in my Top 10.

Even though this film did really well and had amazing CGI, I feel like the main problem it had was, they didn't give Jake and Netyri much screentime as they did in the first Avatar and should've gave them more. A lot of it was focused on the kids and stuff. But overall, good film and Stephen Lang was awesome.
