They shouldn't be there unless hard8 or bg is willing to take you to court. After you file a counter claim they have 10 days to respond or it gets reversed. Hell why didn't they just rescind the claim on you? There is actually an option where it gives you the ability to PM the person and they can basically say it was a mistaken copyright claim and they can rescind it themselves.
