LOTS of potential here. When I hear people like this I just hope that nothing anywhere ever discourages their pursuit of expressing themselves in music. Its far more important to play a simple piece with real feeling than trying to impress people with some technical challenge and not quite making the grade. Here she is focused purely on the music, the emotions and that's why it touches the listener. Yes, we need technique and her's will improve over time. The point is not to focus too much on it because it can easily suck the life out of the music.

You can probably tell more about a person's musicality by the way they phrase their notes than anything else in music. Here phrasing is nicely done. Maybe its a sign of respect to the notes to treat them with care instead of playing them like a robotic machine, something many pianists tend to do.
