I just started taking the black seed oil by Amazing Herbs. I mix a tsp in my protein shake every morning but when I don't do it that way I mix it with 4-6 oz of water, a squeeze of lemon juice, real honey and cinnamon. It actually tastes pretty good that way.

Based on your opinion.. I have tried the black seed oil I cannot swallow it I feel the same way but I wouldn't mind trying the capsule.. Very proud of you my Sister

I was wondering about Dr. Sebi wife said that white people took over her company and the products that they have she's not recommending it. She has products over in Jamaica that she's is doing. I thought I'd bring it to your attention.
