As a passionate cook, baker and recipe developer, I will be sharing recipes of a variety of Cameroonian dishes and snacks, as well as those of other countries. My useful tips and possible alternatives will help you come up with a yummy A+ dish!
On Crystal Zone, you be accompanying me on my weight loss journey which has been very bumpy over the years. But I'm determined to keep pushing, although losing weight at the moment is even more difficult than before (today, 20 weeks postpartum).
So I will be showing you how I prepare my meals for weight loss as well as update you on the challenges I face during this journey. I may eventually add some of my baby's homemade food.
