Hi, I make over 500,000 shaved steak and peppers with onions and/or cheese, 15' griddle top stove fill with peppers and onions seasoned as like, can't say ours, once soft and hot layer shaved steak on, about 3 min by time get to end of griddle, season, add cheese and squirt little water to steam, steak never hits griddle, it's like butter.
