this is what frustrates me about certain people, they always think that they are fully aware that they will do good all the time. Batman was right, there can be a chance that members of the JLA could go over the line or succumb to mind control by other magical enemies. No matter who you are, you will always have a dark side of your character. Look at the police or a doctor, people would believe they are good people just because of their occupation. It's not the damn job that determines the person's character, it's their character itself. The mind controls the actions, our minds are concealed within us, the job itself doesn't tell the whole story. Even super heroes have evil flaws; human beings are just not complete without a dark side. So the members of the justice league can shut the hell up because Batman has a point. That's why I love Batman, he doesn't see the good inside all of good guys and bad guys. Batman could be the only member of the Justice League that is the true meaning of Justice.
