No. The first accident was due to the lack of security systems that would have avoided the lack of attention of the driver due to a company phone call that he was obligated to answer. And as politicians and company supervisors did, they accused the driver instead of all their corruption and negligences.

The airport train crash in CTA. The operator was a woman who had fallen asleep.

The only one that was the engineers fault was the 2nd (they fell asleep at the controls). The 1st was due to technical issues and the 3rd didn’t even have anything that went wrong. Do some research before blaming the crews.
