20w + requires at least from 25 to 32 v, but your leds do work, the first ones work because 10w leds require 12 v

Check the spec of the lights. I think they might need a higher voltage. 36v maybe

They usually work on 32-36 volts. Give more power. 28-30V might not be enough. 10V in your car battery won't start the engine.

Without correct voltage you will not get the leds to light properly 20 watt and 30 watt need 32-34VDC Forward Current: 1000mA Max.10 watt leds or any leds for that matter will have a shorter life without proper cooling.

I heard that on ebay its a crap shoot when buying led's. Some work and other don't. Some are good quality and others would burn your house down.
