@musicloverxo91 you can choose whether you want to make the taskbar/ page transparent, you can still have the taskbar transparent and keep the page the same with no transparency

go on to google and type brico inspirat 2 and download the pack, you can then install the whole vista theme, afterwards, you can delete the elements you want and only keep the top bar if you just want that
