Description
This is where I did Let's Plays! I'm not an expert gamer by any means; in fact, even in games I'm familiar with, I often find the 'Heroic' difficulty, or whatever is below the highest one but above Normal Modo, the best in terms of the stress/tedium/annoyance versus the emotional rewards and payoff. I used to play games on Easy, but being on camera has given me a taste to show I can hack it.
I have a very broad range of preferences for games. I like RPGs, eastern or western. I like shooters, even though due to my reflexes I'm not particularly skilled at them for the most part. I like simulations, and the more complex and interesting, the better. I love strategy gaming, turn-based or real time. Come on in and see if my stuff strikes your fancy.

HW1 mission 1 is a master piece of game tutorial. HW is still the perfection of 3D RTS to this day.

Agreed. I remain very impressed with the game; the story, art style, mechanics, it's all well-done. I've mentioned this before, but even the manual was full of interesting world-building about Kharak and the tribes of exiles and how the mothership was built and the fact that the names of all the workers who died during the construction are etched into the Hyperspace Core shielding. There's like a transcript of Kushan admirals arguing about frigates vs. strike craft. Tons of stuff like that.

I love attention to detail on these games. Watching a harvester actually harvest an asteroid while your fighters circle around it to make sure it's safe... That's something games don't do these days.

Homeworld was and is simply EPIC! when it came out, i was sure many more 3d-space rts would follow but to this day the homeworld games are still the only real 3d-space rts.... and to this day i ask "why"?!

I've been playing games since the mid 90's and Homeworld has been in my top 5 since its release. Such a good atmospheric game. The fact that your units carried over made you get attached to them and nearly morn their loss if they get destroyed. I loved the use of the music piece 'Angus dei'

I never played this when it came out, (I had no idea what a PC was back then) but I did get this in like 2010, and it was so, so good. I seriously think it might be my favorite game. The atmosphere it creates, it's amazing.
