Instead of blocking up the window, they could’ve added those window films to block anyone seeing inside (additionally laying out the shower so that the window is not where the shower head is), then they could open it after having showers to deal with condensation.

I had my master bathroom done and it was half of the space you just completed and I was charged $15,000.00. That’s not including the price of tile, vanity, lighting,etc. I think you are awesome! I would have hired you in a heartbeat if it was possible
