FUN FACT: The reason the Adder can only be found in that one location is because in the real street in Beverley Hills (Rodeo Drive), there is always an actual Bugatti Veyron with a custom paint-job parked in front the most expensive / exclusive clothing store in the world, which I believe belongs to the owner / designer.

1. The Park Ranger SUV isn't exclusive to that location. I found it on a road up a mountain. A cop was driving it. 2. You can see the lifeguard SUV driving along the beach also.

A way to get a FREE adder evrytime is when you first get the mission with Devon( for Franklin) he will be at a construction site. Shoot at them and they will run away(Devon and his assistant). There's a adder next to Devon. Get it and store it in your garage.
