to activate go to steam go to your librery rigth click on game and go propeties click modificate launch parameters in put "-console" now should be active the console now enter the game by STEAM not the dircet acces when open teh game the console should be open dont close and enter in a game on single player in console mode you cant enter online to play online again only erase the -console

i dont know what they did to the game i tried to play it cause it got a update i saw and wanted to see if they patched it the console still works but there are no real commands that do much but client side commands that i can see
