2:24 actually, not true! The explosive arrows are mainly AoE rather than direct damage, and dont need to be fully drawn to deal full damage. Their primary use is to shoot the ground near close-by enemies for some fast burst damage, like a finisher.

The explosive arrows combo with the ultimate for close range devastation. The afterimages allow the explosive arrows to deal massive damage to a single target if you're close enough.

18:59 Damage boost is always active. I know it seems weird, but you can test this yourself. Hawkeye full charge to the head always deals 384 even if you don't have Widow on your team. This goes for all season bonuses.

i think the best use for hawkeye's blast arrows is to 1) finish low hp targets out of melee range and 2) quickly clear out destructibles since his pierce arrow is really slow at it

If you think about it, this is actually just a more lore accurate version of Hanzo since he is supposed to be better than Genji with the blade.
