Oh no you’re not unique anymore, poor CrazyCobra. I think when you refresh the game, it fixes the issue and the tile disappears. This glitch has happened to me before but with the plant star rock.

Don’t worry it’s just server lag, happens with various entities in game like decorations or monsters etc. when you reloothr game it fixes itself

This happened to me, I took my rare toe jammer out of the hotel and I duped it and it followed me on every island even if the rare toe jammer wasn't available on the island

The same thing happened to me, just on etherial island. I was giving my dipsters likes on there, then, lag made me select the thing i already placed along with my thing i was placing. And i selected move, wondering what would happen, then, it just was there. I cant select it, i can place stuff inside of it and it was on a higher layer than my dipsters. I call it the ghost decoration.
