I grew up in a hounted house. Once a ghost appeared smiled and disappeared. As vivid as a live person. U can not show fear. Just accept them. And they will accept u.

The way that the door opened, it moved as if someone/thing, was looking to see you leave, and then when you had gone down the stairs, someone/thing felt comfortable enough to open it fully.
