glad I found this vid. and also gave me an idea, so I melted soft candle wax over my circuit board.. I used Yanky candle, I quess harder wax will get cracks after a long time so a soft one is more supple.

Touch one lead to the shaft and the other to the motor terminal. Press on the shaft end a few times. Then repeat the process until it comes back to life.

I will revisit and reshoot. Basically it was just forcing the corrosion off by dabbing that shaft. Allowing the motor brushes to connect
