The condo unit looked nice. You never could tell that the unthinkable was in its future. I hope they build a memorial on that property instead of another building in the future. The victims of this tragedy deserves so much.

I've always taught my kids before you go to sleep each night, pray ,and be sure your heart is right with God. All our earthly possessions can be gone in a second and life as well . TAKE CARE EVERYONE

The difficulty of condominium self-governance is part of why this building fell into its poor condition. It is so hard for boards to come to agreement and when they do, it’s often hard for them to bring along the rest of the association, especially when it comes to money for expensive maintenance.

The Beauty was only skin deep…look beneath the surface. How are beachfront condo buyers informed of the foundations of a building? Idt the seller of this unit would’ve included the recent inspection & engineering report.

Amazing, just amazing. But now I feel really blessed where I am. Just two weeks ago I was just a poor guy looking in from the outside and really envying those people. Somehow now, I feel very contented having very little or next to nothing .
