@NodDisciple1 It's from a webcomic called 'Mac Hall'. It's about a bunch of college kids, but the artist makes a bunch of Cthulhu references. (The thumbs-up Cthulhu, the 'littlest elder god' with the teddy bear, and the 'cthulhu fishing for angels' pictures are all from there).

Also Cthulhu isn't really specific in his hatred, he hates all and destroys everything, evil isn't exactly the best way to describe him

Cthulhu isn't evil in the literal sense. To be evil means your actions are done with malice and intent. Cthulhu does nether, he just is and the effects happens because of his state of being. At worst Cthulhu would be considered a force of nature.
