To be fair, there doesn’t seem to be an area restriction on where “Make bubblegum” applies

To be fair, making bubble gum is kind of a useful ability, especially as a support player. Making sticky things that restrict your opponent’s movement is a VERY effective combat strategy.

The thing about any Goofy Super Power is that the person making it likely had zero thoughts about power scaling type purpose, which means it is usually STUPIDLY powerful but they don't use it to potential.

Not to mention that his powers have the properties of both rubber and gum.

I think it’s because it’s funnier to actually have the joke character be super strong instead of him being a pathetic punching bag which is not funny it just makes me feel bad

As long as you don't make it also like rubber then we're fine.

This joke right here is literally the basis for my entire comic im writing, cuz the first thought out character was based off of seeing this and realizing a shitty power like rotating stuff becomes pretty broken once you understand any of the sciences behind what happens when smth spins real hard

Technically bubble gum are just sweeter bubbles. And technically bubbles are lines that are infinitely thin. So technically it doesn't exist.
