Well that was awesome man very informative this will help a lot when I charge the AC in my wife's 2007 Saturn Vue. You're on hell of an AC tech are you sure your not ASE certified.....lol

Did you check the cabin air filter for clogging ??? Most of the time a restricted flow from this item will make it seem that you need to charge the AC. Hope this helps you out.
