NOOOO!!! I hadn't heard that he died! A friend & I were talking the other day about how ill he looked & how weak his voice sounded. I'm devastated!!! He was a WONDERFUL actor & like Joe Moscolo, his presence will be SORELY missed! No one delivered a humorous, sarcastic line like him!

So sorry for this loss I'm saddened along with my daughter I've been watching days myself since 1983 we just saw him Friday in an episode rest in peace John we are heartbroken as well as all the Days of our lives family members our hearts are with you all and his daughter Jennifer

Victor was one of my favorite characters on DOOL. It is not often someone can play the "bad guy" but also be well-loved by the audience. His snark, wit and one-liners combined with his tenderness and love for his family made him a well-rounded character. He will be sorely missed. R.I.P. John.
