We keep our neighborhoods safe, best by not having fatherless homes and also by practicing cooperative economics. This will create a community and also raise the value of our property by lowering the crime rate and being attractive to business(black business) and could generate more tax dollars for our schools, improving the quality of  education. We as a people also need to become more financially literate and learn business science. Lastly, Dr. Amos Wilson taught us that if our children aren't being taught how to solve their/our problems, then they're being mis-educated, I most definitely concur.

Someone gets depression, anxiety, mental illness or PTSD from the cyber bullying. If You tube does not clearly state their policy against cyber bullying & enforce it to the fullest; then they will be open to various law suits. I cyber bullies are ignorant cowards with no home training; so I blame You Tube for letting them have accounts and a way to express their divisive hate speech about: (race, age, height, weight, sex, sexual orientation, appearance, creed, disabilities). You tube needs to do due diligence; to cover themselves legally; so a court does not say You Tube fostered an environment were being a bully was ok.
