to get the perfect amount of decay is to divide the bpm to 60,000 and multiply it to 2 until it reaches 1,000 and for the perfect pre delay is just the same but divided it to 2 until it reaches 20+ to 30+. (its what engineers do, but u can break the rules since your ears is what matters)

nah bro this vid has so much information that people genuinely need to watch as a beginner to be able to mix n master vocals. it be a lot of mix n mastering tutorials but theres never been such an actual breakdown n in depth explanation of why your actually doing things the way you are. you definitely deserve more love bro! keep it up fs

i've been going around a lot of youtube vids for mixing vocals but didn't find anything helpful except this,lots of bro appreciate your work

man, I just started to look into vocal processing today and then trifreeze drops this

I've realized it helps to change the first band of the EQ2 from a low shelf to a high pass since lowering the frequencies with a low shelf, even when you drag it all the way to the bottom, only makes the volume of those frequencies lower. It doesn't take them away completely, which a high pass however does. Thought it could help :D.
