Another Incident also happened like this but straig after it reached cruising Altitude SAA233 A Boeing 737 It engine exploded due to bad weather and faulty Maintenance 5 Survivors and 120 Dead Passengers: 125 Crew: 12 Pilot Last words: Flap up to 5- Cause Faulty Maintenance In 1997 Year before it crashed in 1998 Due to this this put the engine underneath a lot of stress then the engine exploded blowing the wing off the airliner.
