This is probably why I think a climb to the top is better than a leap to the top. A climb can be painfully slow but it gives you time to grow up and surround yourself with the right people.

What’s crazy is how when he blew up, kids from his neighborhood were saying he wasn’t allowed to have pets bc they would always get lost. Time after time, pets went missing. Neighbors even had their pets (most enclosed in fences) disappear even when the pets had no history of digging or running away.
