Its OK for Houoin Kyouma not to be here, although he is not the same as the okabe from steins gate 0, he is very sensitive and it will take a lot of effort to make him involved in time trivel again, so let´s leave it all to DARU, he is the right person to decieve the colors and make the Steins Gate Worldline peacefull
