Yep, I tried all different combinations of characters for this. All have vault relic, minecraft-head, Valdof Sickle skin, bought bottom crap gun, tipped Moxxxi until frozen animation happened, took the first gun she gives and then tipped until I couldn't tip anymore. The only thing that I did notice is that pistol that he his using. I even went so far as clearing system cache, and deleted all DLC maps and the Mecro and still nothing. I think it was a once in a bluemoon thing. Lol

when i did the glitch, the mechro dlc wasn't out yet.

every part worked evept for the legendary part im lvl 58 would that make a difference
