Hey I'm Adichu! I'm a gamer that enjoys making content and skits on lots of open world games especially Rockstar games like Grand Theft Auto 5, and Red Dead Redemption 2! The reason you couldn't donate any more than ~$21,000,000 is because you presumably hit the 32-bit integer limit, meaning if it let you donate any more than that limit, the funds would tick over into the negatives, meaning the gang would be $21,000,000 in debt.

The reason this happens is because the camp fund counter data type is a 32-bit signed integer. Which the maximum value is 2,147,483,647
