I'd consider Destoroyah to be more evil than spaceGodzilla because unlike spaceGodzilla, Destoroyah is very aware of the pain, suffering, and deaths it causes and takes very good pleasure in causing it. SpaceGodzilla didn't kill Godzilla Jr Infront of Godzilla but Destoroyah did that. spaceGodzilla is smart but he's not that malicious. SpaceGodzilla has a goal, to conquer Earth, but Destoroyah just wanted to destroy everything without any reason (hence its name).
