I had this song playing in the operating room as I was having a c-section and scared out of my mind. This was the first song my son heard coming into the world.

The amount of unconditional love on this comment section is amazing and gives me hope for humanity. Great music brings people together.

Derek Trucks, just about the finest slide player on the planet.

There's no way to predict what it will feel like when you first walk through the gates of Heaven, but I believe the closest thing would be listening to this amazingly inspiring group of musicians.

Midnight in Harlem is the quintessential slow jam! Can't beat Tedeschi's soulful lyrics... Derek Trucks slide guitar on that Gibson SG... and that Hammond B3 Organ!!!! Great Band. One of my favs!

Man created music for this moment... this song is perhaps the most perfect I have ever heard...and my musical tastes are extremely broad, and I have heard so many beautiful, stirring pieces of music...but this...well...

This song takes me back to when my middle daughter up and moved from South Louisiana to New York City right after her dad died and "it hurt her bones to laugh." Her pain was immense and this song was her.

That guitar tone change at 4.05 makes my hair stand on end everytime, you can just sense the mountain of emotion behind every note from the whole band

With her voice, his guitar playing, and the band's sublime backing...it doesn't get much better than this!
