I used to stretch here and there, but never seriously. After dealing with lower back pain for months, I did the 30-Day Lower Back Pain Fix by David Pierce, and it all made sense. Tight hamstrings, poor hip mobility, and a weak core were ruining my lifts. Now, daily stretching and proper activation before training have completely changed how I feel! ‍
