I did my TT March 5 2024 at Avana in Miami. I gave my oxycodone to my friend who did surgery aftr me. I am 1 month post op & had NO pain, no constipation i had omlette with spinach every morning, fruits and chicken soup in the evening for 5 days straight.i took arnica pills and antibiotic. No pain to this day. My weight was 196 i am 187 today my waist was 33 its 29/30 up & down. I am doing food changes. I massage myself NEVER went to a masseuse. I only massaged my flanks for 3 days just slightly touching & running my hands over my tummy...no massage on tummy as per Dr..i started massaging at 2nd week. I had a waterbed last week but i used my olive oil and massaged it away. I was going to do an aspiration myself but i massaged instead..had my 18gauge & syringe ready but massage did it. I am 61. The 1st 48 hours were rough! I'm almost 3 weeks post op and I still can't believe I got through it...lol. That muscle repair is not for the weak but I swear its so worth it.
