also after I bought the VSS and put it on I realized I needed to get a new speedo gear. And that was something I had to order from Ford, not too expensive but you need to make sure you get the right one.

i have a 2000 interceptor is the vss in the same place and if so were you able to reach it from the inside or did you remove the tire

might be a long shot but 97 lincoln towncar. won't shift properly to 3rd gear, quickly goes into 4th. over drive off light comes on and car wont go into overdrive. speed on the dash doesn't match how fast I'm really going
