The kryptonite thing is even more hilarious if you're aware that there's a comic arc where Superman and Batman team up to get rid of all the kryptonite on Earth and they find out it's not rare at all.

Apparently the color yellow isn’t the stupidest weakness a Green Lantern has. The OG Green Lantern, Alan Scott, had a weakness against wood. The origins of this silly weakness can be found in 1991’s Green Lantern Vol 3 Issue 19. The issue states that when a Green Lantern named Yalan Gur went rogue and tried to take over a village of people with crude wooden weapons, the Guardians Of The Universe decided to make him weak to wood right before the blows started landing.

And that's when Batman put into motion his plan to take down the Justice League.
